Hinweise zur Verwendung
- Laden Sie das passende Template herunter und verwenden Sie es direkt in ihrem E-Mail Client, oder speichern Sie es zur späteren Verwendung ab.
- Nach dem Öffnen in E-Mail Client ergänzen Sie nur noch die jeweilige Anrede sowie den Namen. Die entsprechenden Felder können von Hand überschrieben werden.
- Falls Sie eine digitale Signatur nutzen, muss diese vor dem Öffnen des Templates deaktiviert werden. In Outlook kann diese Deaktivierung über Datei -> Optionen -> Trust Center -> Einstellungen für das Trust Center -> E-Mail Sicherheit erfolgen.

Notes on use
- Download the appropriate template and use it directly in your e-mail client, or save it for later use.
- After opening the template in the e-mail client, simply add the salutation and name. The corresponding fields can be overwritten by hand.
- If you use a digital signature, this must be deactivated before opening the template. In Outlook, this deactivation can be done via File -> Options -> Trust Center -> Trust Center Settings -> Email Security.
