Frauke Spreckels from the Counseling services for employees at TU Darmstadt will give a practical keynote speech and address key questions:

  • Is this normal?
  • Where are the boundaries between the legitimate exercise of power and the illegitimate abuse of power?
  • How can abuse of power be prevented – and what preventive measures are available?
  • What are the typical signs of abuse of power?
  • And, most importantly: What can I do if I am affected?

The presentation offers clear guidance and highlights the specific support services offered by the counselling services. We are also interested in hearing about your experiences and would like to invite you to join us for a discussion after the presentation. There will be time for discussion and exchange, as well as time to answer all your questions.
