Boost your confidence
Powerful voice and posing techniques for women in MINT (only Fb11)
The voice is one of the most powerful tools available. It not only conveys ideas but also shapes how confidence and credibility are perceived. For women in academia, presenting research or speaking in high-stakes settings often brings pressure, stress, and self-consciousness. This workshop offers a supportive environment for strengthening the voice, managing nerves, and speaking with clarity and presence—empowering expertise to be shared with authenticity and confidence. It also incorporates tailored presentation techniques and body language to address the unique challenges women often face, including posture, gestures, eye contact, and stage movement to convey authority, ease anxiety, and foster impactful connection.
