Summer semester 2022
The State of Hesse has amended its Coronavirus Protection Ordinance. This results in several changes at TU Darmstadt.
From April 2, 2022 the following applies:
- 3G rules no longer apply.
- The obligation to wear masks inside the buildings remains.
- At written examinations, we strongly recommend to continue wearing the mask. Students are permitted to take off their masks during written exams when seated.
- For oral examinations (incl. thesis defences), the obligation to wear a mask does not apply if the participants maintain a minimum distance of 1.5 m.
- During the courses, the speakers may remove their mask.
General infos about the organisation of your studies
In the summer semester of 2022, the Corona-related exceptions will end and the usual procedures and requirements will largely take effect again.
