The International Counter in Karo 5 is the first contact for international students. The ISS Counter is staffed by ISS student assistants who are there to answer general non-academic questions related to your stay in Germany and connecting you to the right contacts and relevant offices, as needed.

You can contact us at three different locations:

- Campus Stadtmitte: The central International Affairs counter is located in the foyer of the karo 5 building.

- Campus Lichtwiese: A mobile ISS counter is available on the Lichtwiese campus at fixed times.

- Digital: ISS is also available online at the counter during the same opening hours as on site in karo 5 or you can also contact us in our counter chat for quick inquiries.
