• The International Counter in Karo 5 is the first point of contact for international students. The Counter is manned by ISS student assistants who are there to answer general questions and refer you to the relevant offices, as needed.

• Counselling for students and prospective students takes place via video call. The link to access the online Counter and the current counselling times can be found on the website.
