Completion instructions:
An election proposal consists of the list of candidates, the annex to the list of candidates and the declarations of consent of all candidates. Please ensure that you use the correct forms for the respective committee. The forms differ according to committee and status group.
If possible, please complete the forms electronically to ensure good legibility and avoid errors.
Please ensure that the information on the list of proposals is identical to the information provided by the respective candidate on the personal declaration of consent.
Please ensure that all documents of an election proposal are labelled with the same password. The password on the list of nominations, the attachment to the list of nominations and the declarations of consent must be identical so that all documents can be clearly assigned. The list of proposals and all associated documents must be submitted to the electoral office by the authorised representative as a single PDF document by email or in paper form. The person of trust is the contact person for the respective list of proposals for the electoral office.
The list of candidates and the annex to the list of candidates must be completed and signed by the authorised representative. The declarations of consent must be completed and personally signed by the respective candidate.
Before submitting the documents, the person of trust for the list of nominees should please check that the correct forms have been used throughout, that the identical password has been entered on all forms, that all details are complete and that all signatures have been obtained.
