Based on the results of the institutional evaluation, the evaluated unit and the Executive Board conclude an agreement on objectives. This agreement is negotiated between and signed by the responsible member of the Executive Board and the evaluated unit. The finalized agreements on objectives are published internally within the university. Once the agreement has been signed, the evaluated unit and the Executive Board start implementing the (agreed) objectives.
The implementation of the agreements is supported by the Unit Quality Management through structured monitoring process. After 2 years, a monitoring meeting on the state of implementation takes place between the responsible member of the Executive Board and the evaluated unit. After a further two years, so after four years about the runtime of the agreement on objectives, a second monitoring meeting takes place.
The results of the monitoring are used as a basis for an institutional re-evaluation.
